Thomas & Betts produces heating, ventilation and air conditioning products under the Reznor, Gaz Industrie, and AmbiRad brands. These products are focused on commercial and industrial market applications. Our products provide comfort and protection for factories, warehouses, greenhouses, garages and countless other applications where robust, reliable heat are required.

Many applications have need for more than just heating units. In these applications, Reznor brand products are available in Direct Expansion (DX), Chilled Water, and Evaporative Cooling. Our specialty with these products is to supply high amounts of outside air for improving Indoor Air Quality.

Reznor brand products include a line of air handling blower cabinets for custom applications. These units can be configured with heat (Duct Furnaces) or cooling (Coiling Coil cabinets) as needed by the customer. AmbiRad products include low intensity tubular radiant heaters for spot heating.

    Air Rotation equipment can lower heating costs by destratifying the air in:

    • Factories

  • Direct Fired Makeup Air

    Direct Fired systems are very efficient and safe for space heating applications. Very well suited for the following:

    • Warehouses & Distribution Centers with many loading dock bays
    • Providing makeup air to Factories for pressurization
    • Restaurant Kitchens replacement air for exhaust hoods
    Not recomended for schools or high occupancy areas due to the normal aldehyde smells that result from natural gas combustion
  • Duct Heaters

    Very well suited for the following:

    • Warehouses & Distribution Centers
    • Providing Factories with additional heat
    • Install in ductwork of Restaurant Kitchens supplying replacement air for exhaust hoods
    • Combine with a Blower Cabinet for a Custom Heating (& cooling) solution
    • Install in ductwork for additional heat after a renovation or space addition
    • Comes in Separated Combustion for dusty, dirty environments
  • Electric Heater

    Electric heating provides efficient space heating, and convection solutions. Very well suited for the following:

    • Areas with no existing Gas service
    • Providing space heating for Factories with explosion hazards
    • Stairwells and Hallways
    • Entrance vestibule heating
  • IAQ Ventilation

    Demand controlled ventilation using total energy recovery is excellent for applications where the customer is interested in the highest efficiency and providing a solution to meet new code requirements for per person CFM:

    • Retrofit of school classrooms to provide adequate outside air per student (at least 20 cfm per child)
    • New Construction to provide true demand based ventilation.
    • In combination with Indirect Fired Heating & Cooling equipment to reduce the Heating & Cooling sizing required
  • Infrared Heater

    Gas Infrared heating provides efficient radiant solutions in High Intensity and Low Intensity. Great for the following:

    • High Intensity

    Good for the following:

    • Warehouses & Distribution Centers [rooftop or pad mounted] where direct fired would introduce too much moisture into the air (bad for cardboard packaging)
